About Me

Born in New York and shaped by life across the country—from California’s coastlines to my most recent fifteen unforgettable years in Oklahoma, Kentucky, and now Ohio—I’ve lived a life defined by reinvention, resilience, and wholehearted pursuit of purpose.

My path has never been a straight line. I’ve worked in a wide range of fields, including a decade with the U.S. Postal Service and many years in the entertainment industry as a performer in film and television. Five years ago, I stepped into one of my most meaningful roles yet: becoming a registered nurse, caring for people when they need it most.

I’m also the proud mother of four incredible young adults, adopted more than twenty years ago through foster care adoption. They remain my greatest adventure and my greatest joy.

Today, I’m living life to the fullest—checking off dreams I’ve carried since childhood. I’m writing the books I once only imagined, and I now own the small farm I've always longed for, complete with the animals that make every day feel a little more magical.

My story is still unfolding, and I’m embracing every chapter with gratitude, courage, and a deep belief that it’s never too late to become who you’ve always wanted to be.

My goal is to weave compassion and life experience into every story I tell. Whether I’m crafting whimsical adventures for young readers or heartfelt narratives for adults, I strive to demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and passion. 

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. I have enjoyed writing opportunities as a photojournalist in Southern California for multiple publications, in addition to freelance pursuits. 

I have worked in film and television as a performer and occasionally as a writer. I have been fortunate to collaborate with other creative spirits over the years in both mainstream productions and indie ventures.

 I’m now focused on crafting novels and short stories driven by compelling, emotionally rich characters—stories that will linger long after the last page.
